Founded in 1996
After learning how to install floors from his father, Jason Watson decided to create his own future by launching Watson Professional Flooring Services, the parent company of Watson Installations Inc and The Flooring Pros.
Jason’s desire was to build a company dedicated to serving each and every customer in such a way that he would be proud to have his own name associated with the company.
The Watson team has continued to grow over the decades and now serves commercial and residential clients across the United States.

Jason has led the strategic direction and growth of Watson since founding the business in 1996. His commitment to customer service and drive for excellence has been foundational to the business’ success over the years.
Jason began his career in the flooring industry when he was just 15 years old, working as an installer with his father. He learned the craft of high-quality installation and honed his skills under the tutelage of some of the leading flooring provider companies in the Charlotte area — and completed leading industry trade school training — before deciding to launch his own business.
Over the past 25 years, the business has grown exponentially and Watson now services residential and commercial clients in 8 states along the East and West Coasts and has a network of more than 180 dedicated crews.
In addition to running the Watson business, Jason is an active real estate investor and is passionate about entrepreneurship and the health and wellness industry.
Jason resides in Charlotte with his wife, Alexandra — who is a partner in the business — and his two children.
